A wild video shows a Florida man wrangling an 8-foot alligator with his bare hands over the weekend. Footage obtained by FOX 35 Orlando shows professional trapper Mike Dragich capturing the nuisance reptile without tools or shoes in a downtown Jacksonville neighborhood.

Dragich, who goes by "Blue Collar Brawler" on social media, can be seen chasing the alligator in the middle of the road. The barefoot Marine veteran pins the hissing gator down before clamping its jaws shut with his hands. The video then cuts to him carrying the predator as nearby crowds cheer him on.

Dragrich told reporters he was attending a hockey game with his family when the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office alerted Florida Fish and Wildlife about a nuisance reptile. Since he's a licensed wildlife trapper, the online personality was dispatched to the scene.

"It was only five minutes from the game, so I literally left the game, caught the alligator and then went back to the game," Dragrich explained, calling the most recent incident one of his wildest catches yet.

"He was running towards the cops and a crowd of people, and everybody was screaming," the trapper recounted.

Dragrich went viral last year for taking down a massive alligator near an elementary school. That insane encounter was also caught on camera.
