The storm from the north has brought rain, strong winds and colder temperatures to San Diego County.
There have been dozens of accidents on county freeways including almost 200 on Monday. A big truck ended upside down across all northbound lanes of the 15 Freeway in Rancho Bernardo. Drivers were inching their way along the HOV lanes that were opened to alleviate the congestion.
The National Weather Service says to expect occasional rainfall throughout the county. Strong winds have prompted a high wind warning in the mountains and deserts, and a small craft advisory for mariners off the coast. Light snowfall was also expected on the county's highest peaks
