Brave American Name: David Castillo

Brave American Description:
David has been in the Army and Army Reserves for 37 years. He has fought in Vietnam, Panama, Sarajevo, Afghanistan and numerous other places throughout the world where the government has seen fit to send him. As a First Sergeant he has responsibility for the care and safety of his company . But most importantly he has always seen to it that his family is taken care of no matter where duty takes him. He is an example of what the American military is and should be. He will never appear in any history books but will always be a hero to me.
