Seems like the cold and flu season is definitely underway.

Chances are most offices in San Diego have people who have it.

And when people you work with get it….what do you do.

Try to avoid them right?  Or you hold your breath if you’re near them to make sure you don’t breathe in any of their contagious germs.

If you use the office bathroom, you wash your hands well, and then don’t touch the door handle or anything else for that matter.

And sometimes you panic when someone with a cold or flu sneezes or coughs nearby.    Did a germ come my way? And if it did, is it still on me?

Yes, we can all get a little paranoid during the flu season.

Of course, if you’re the one who has the cold or flu, you can sometimes feel shunned, like an outcast, as your co-workers look the other way when you walk by.

And while we all know the best thing to do for yourself and others is to stay home…this is the holiday season and the end of the year….and there are things that have to get done.

So enjoy the holiday season, take your vitamins, eat well and avoid other people. Good luck.
