That cell phone video on Facebook of a missing 14-year-old girl getting pummeled by another girl at Carlsbad High School is hard to watch.
Not because the girl, Baileigh Karam is getting punched in the head, but because all the kids watching it and recording it on their cell phone video cameras didn’t try to stop it.
They just took video of it and you can hear the kids watching it cheering the fight on and even laughing.
What is the problem with these kids?
They see a 14-year-old girl getting punched in the face and she is hardly able to defend herself as she begs the girl hitting her to stop….and these other kids don’t try to intervene and stop it?
I’m sorry but that it pretty sad.
Baileigh, the14 year old girl, is missing and while foul play wasn’t suspected, and her mom said she got a text from her daughter, there is growing concern as each day goes by with her not coming home.
But if those kids who were watching her get punched in the face had stepped in…this story would have been over a long time ago.
