As Program Director of Newsradio 600 KOGO, Cliff Albert gets to work with a team of highly talented people. By the way, he's the one to talk to or email if you have a compliment, complaint or suggestion.
Cliff is one of San Diego's leading radio personalities, a veteran (but not yet legendary) broadcast journalist of more than 25 years. Cliff also is the creator, writer, producer and anchor of "Cliff Notes on the News", his popular commentaries, which are heard weekday mornings at 7:35am on KOGO. His "Cliff Notes" have won lots of awards and through the years, he and his news teams have won numerous broadcast news awards.
Cliff has also served as an adjunct professor at Point Loma Nazarene University and a guest lecturer in the School of Journalism and Media Studies at San Diego State University. Cliff also serves on several professional organizations and charitable groups and is active in his church.
Most importantly, Cliff has been married to his high school sweetheart, Marianne, since 1972. They have three magnificent married children and their equally magnificent spouses and they are blessed with six wonderful grandchildren.
