Netflix CFO David Wells is planning to step down from his position.
The company says Wells will continue to serve in his role until a replacement is found.
Wells did not elaborate on why he's decided to leave Netflix, other than saying that it was the right time to make a change because of the company's strong financial position.
Wells had been serving as CFO since 2010.
