A toddler was found alone in a stroller near a Rolando-area apartment complex early Friday morning.
San Diego police said someone passing by saw the girl about 3 a.m. and called police. The girl was believed to be about 3 years old. She was found along the 4600 block of 63rd Street, off El Cajon Boulevard.
The girl was taken into protective custody and police officers were searching for the child’s parents or guardians. The girl was reported to be uninjured.
